I was walking to a meeting with one of my organization's biggest funders near the Embarcadero of San Francisco, when I realized these Red-masked Parakeet's were feeding on cherry blossoms almost at eye level. I ran back to my car, got my camera stuff, and took a series of photographs. I then proceeded to the meeting and apologized about why I was late. And I got the grant.
